String exported by Factorio 2.0.69. Decoded and checked by this site; not test-imported in the game.
No. It is balanced: it draws evenly from every input and gives every output an equal share. It is not throughput unlimited, so when only some inputs are fed or some outputs are blocked, an internal bottleneck can keep the total below what the remaining belts could carry. That is fine where all belts run full; where they often do not, check the other layouts and nearby configurations for one marked throughput unlimited.
Built with express (blue) belts, splitters and undergrounds. The collection lists only blue and turbo undergrounds for this layout, so red is not covered by the main version. A separate lower-tier version is kept with its own string under the other layouts below.
Compatible underground tiers listed by the source: blue, green (turbo). A yellow-belt alternate exists in the downgrades folder.
The other layout is a red-belt version, one row longer at 16 x 17, for factories that have not reached blue belts.

There is no lane balancer for sixteen belts in the collection; its lane balancers stop at 8 belts. For sixteen belts evened out against each other, use this 16 to 16 belt balancer.
