Is the 9 to 10 balancer throughput unlimited?
No. It is balanced: it draws evenly from every input and gives every output an equal share. It is not throughput unlimited, so when only some inputs are fed or some outputs are blocked, an internal bottleneck can keep the total below what the remaining belts could carry. That is fine where all belts run full; where they often do not, check the other layouts and nearby configurations for one marked throughput unlimited.
Built with express (blue) belts, splitters and undergrounds. The collection names no other tier for this layout, so treat it as a blue-belt design. Rebuilding it with red or turbo parts has not been checked by the collection or by this site.
The source lists no compatible tiers for this entry; it is built with blue belt entities.
