Is the 8 to 9 balancer throughput unlimited?
No. It is balanced: it draws evenly from every input and gives every output an equal share. It is not throughput unlimited, so when only some inputs are fed or some outputs are blocked, an internal bottleneck can keep the total below what the remaining belts could carry. That is fine where all belts run full; where they often do not, check the other layouts and nearby configurations for one marked throughput unlimited.
Built with express (blue) belts, splitters and undergrounds. The collection lists only blue and turbo undergrounds for this layout; red and yellow are not covered, and there is no lower-tier version of this configuration.
Compatible underground tiers listed by the source: blue, green (turbo). No yellow alternate in the collection.
